California Institute of Applied Technology (CIAT) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. This position is essential for supporting the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, and display. This role will also analyze performance data and report on results to achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance through ongoing optimization. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance to ensure optimal results and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. Monitor performance for each campaign by measuring lead volume, CPL (cost per lead), lead to start conversion rates, and CPS (cost per start).
