- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display networks, and other evolving platforms
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI through data-driven decisions
- Advise on creative needs by channel and market, collaborating closely with our artists and marketing team
- Build and maintain relationships with platform and network partners, agencies to test new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Share insights and advocate for performance marketing’s impact across the organization
- Contribute expertise in gaming marketing, supporting strategies that span full-funnel KPIs
- A creative and detail-oriented mind that can champion and test and learn culture
- Hands-on experience with paid media in gaming, across both digital and traditional channels
- A solid grasp of planning processes, full-funnel measurement, and attribution approaches
- Strong interest in the evolving world of data and user privacy, engagement trends, and media testing
- Some knowledge of global ratings governance and experience running campaigns across multiple markets
- Confidence in presenting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with both short- and long-term performance metrics, and leveraging first-party data strategically
- Professional English communication skills
As a Paid Media Manager at Embark, your role will be to design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns through paid channels that put our games THE FINALS and ARC Raiders in front of the right players, at the right time. From setting campaign goals and defining audiences, to selecting channels and advising on creative best practices — you’ll make sure our marketing investments are impactful, efficient, and drive measurable results.
This role sits at the heart of our growing marketing team. You’ll partner with our Marketing Lead, Data Scientists, and Marketing Artists to bring data, creativity, and insight together into campaigns that resonate globally. You’ll also collaborate with agency and media media partners, explore new tools and capabilities, and keep Embark at the forefront of the evolving media landscape.
