- Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive direct bookings and increase brand awareness.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic and native hospitality channels, with support from external agencies.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to inform targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis:
- Establish a consistent measurement framework to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, continually adjusting strategies to optimize
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting approaches.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage paid media budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms.
- Forecast and report on budget utilization and campaign spend.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Agency & Vendor Management:
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between EOS Hospitality and external media agencies and vendors.
- Oversee agency performance, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet established KPIs.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to align on strategy, provide feedback, and address any issues.
- Evaluate and select agency partners, negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) as needed.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with commercial teams to align paid media efforts with pricing and inventory strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all paid media channels.
- Platform & Vendor Management:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and advertising platforms.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with an understanding of its unique marketing challenges.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related areas.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their integration with paid media platform
Position Overview:
The Paid Media Manager will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across EOS Hospitality's portfolio. This role focuses on driving direct bookings, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing incremental revenue growth opportunities through channels such as paid search, paid social, metasearch, OTA advertising and other emerging channels. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Sales teams, the Paid Media Manager will ensure that paid media efforts align with broader business objectives and contribute to the company's growth. This is a remote position - with the ideal candidate preferably residing on the east coast.Key Responsibilities:
