      The position: We’re seeking a data-driven and innovative Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of digital advertising across our portfolio. From paid search to social and programmatic/CTV, you’ll build full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified traffic and measurable results. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to ensure every ad dollar works smarter, supporting both brand visibility and leasing performance. This person must be analytical, operational, and a strong leader to ensure every dollar spent across the portfolio contributes to traffic, leads, and leases. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to have flawless execution across a high-volume portfolio comprised of multifamily real estate.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead the development of strategic, full-funnel paid media plans across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, and more. • Coach and empower a team of Paid Media Specialists, providing ongoing feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities that elevate both team performance and individual growth. • Structure and enforcement of QA process across paid media team and in collaboration with the Digital Accounts team to ensure accuracy of account builds and launch • Continually develop and implement paid media best practices for campaign structure, bidding strategy, tracking, and KPI alignment. • Analyze campaign data with a strategic lens, transforming performance trends and KPIs into actionable insights and optimization plans. • Own media pacing, budget forecasting, anomaly response, building processes that proactively prevent issues and ensure financial accuracy. • Collaborate closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams to align campaign strategy with leasing velocity, occupancy trends, and local market dynamics. • Champion testing and innovation, designing and managing A/B experiments that improve creative, messaging, and user experience across platforms. • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams and stakeholders through thoughtful reporting that connects campaign impact to business results. • Drive internal alignment across creative, strategy, and execution, ensuring all moving parts are coordinated for timely, on-brand delivery. • Evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and beta opportunities, continuously pushing the team’s paid media approach forward through curiosity and innovation. • Represent paid media strategy in client-facing conversations when needed, communicating performance results and strategic direction with clarity and confidence.

      Qualifications

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with direct ownership of paid media strategy and performance.
      • Experience managing large portfolios (100+ accounts) or high-volume budgets.
      • Strong command of campaign pacing, forecasting, attribution, and conversion metrics.
      • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and supporting analytics tools.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage team capacity, assign workload, and maintain quality control at scale.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
      • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in media analytics and KPI tracking.
      • High proficiency in digital marketing tools, reporting software, and other optimization tools.
      • A proactive and collaborative work style, with a drive to exceed performance goals.

      Physical Requirements:

      • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
      • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
      • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
      • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
      • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

      Work Environment:

      • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per week
      • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
