What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword management and budget pacing
- Support the paid search manager with campaign setup, aligning with media plans and promotions
- Monitor and enhance ad performance through A/B testing and adjustments to ad copy and landing pages
- Communicate search performance and budget pacing to the search manager and team for timely adjustments
- Assist in the reporting of search KPIs and metrics for optimization and learning opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in activating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns internationally
- Excellent understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting on search campaign platforms
- Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using search campaign platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Prior international (English-speaking) experience
- Experience with third-party bid management platforms
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with various departments and external resources
