Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of Search accounts across the business.
Develop, implement and optimise Search strategies to drive cost-efficient growth.
Implement and optimise Search campaigns according to best practice principles.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop search strategies in support of marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth.
Effectively manage investment and performance targets through on-going tracking, forecasting and reporting.
Design experiments to improve Paid Search customer journey and improve website conversion rates.
Develop and support annual Paid Search marketing strategy.
Collaborate with technology partners and publishers to stay up to date with new features and industry trends.
Demonstrated passion for Paid Search
Minimum 4 years’ SEM experience - agency side
Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and media landscape in Australia, keeping up to date with industry changes.
Experience with SA360 bid management tool
Proficient in 3rd party tracking and ad serving i.e. Campaign Manager
Experience using analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and is a critical thinker
Strong campaign and project management skills
Demonstrated analytical skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional at building internal and external relationships with the ability to work cross functionally across a wide range of stakeholders & agency partners.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable)

Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group’s marketing, brand, external and internal affairs, communications and sustainability.
Marketing & Corporate Affairs Services sits with MCA and is comprised of Media, Technology and Operations. You will sit within the Media team which consists of two smaller teams - paid search and digital media. This role reports into the Chapter Lead; Paid Search.
Do work that matters
As a Paid Search Manager, you are accountable for the development, execution and day to day management of best practice and innovative Search campaigns for CommBank. In order to be successful, you will have experience in developing, implementing, optimising and measuring paid search campaigns.
You will need to interact with a variety of marketing teams across the bank; understanding their business objectives and optimising search campaigns that will deliver on these business objectives.
