  Paid Social Specialist

  Function: On Trade

  Location: London based (a mix of office and home working)

  Salary: £36,410 - £45,500 base depending on experience plus full list of benefits listed below

  Contract: 18 Month FTC

  There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our Data Driven Marketing Team!

  The role

  The Paid Social Specialist is a key role in delivering social media campaigns at HUK. From planning, implementing, optimisation to reporting, you’ll lead on all of the paid social campaigning across some of the UK’s biggest brands!

  Working closely with the Social Media Lead, you’ll work around the full social strategy, responding to briefs from agencies and working alongside our brand teams. You’ll monitor our paid campaigns, picking up on optimisation opportunities and turning it into data insight, fuelling it across our portfolio. These reports will be shared with brand teams, media agencies and other OpCo’s on Global calls!

  This is a great opportunity to collaborate and work across the business in both Marketing, On Trade & Off Trade.

  So, what will you be doing? Here are some of the main accountabilities;

  • Develop paid social media strategies and create key tactical plans to deliver them.
  • Using social buying platforms to buy media via auction or reach based tools.
  • Manage end to end campaign timelines from activation through to reporting and analysis.
  • Use social listening tools to look for comments about our brands, look for trends and spot opportunities for engagement with consumers and influencers.

  We’re looking for an inspiring innovator with a passion that matches our fabulous portfolio. Someone who can collaborate and be super engaging – able to bring the numbers and reporting to life!

  If you have;

  • A background in buying for a Media Agency
  • Experience in setting up campaigns.
  • The ability to work with large data sets.
  • Experience in running end-to-end social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • The ability to present engaging content to a varied group of stakeholders.
