Be the primary point of contact for our clients within the Paid Social team.
Act as the connective tissue between the social media team, the client servicing team, and our sister agency Carat and the client themselves.
Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our partners at Sprinklr, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and emerging social/content amplification platforms.
Arrange and attend regular catch-ups with our priority partners to ensure we continue to deliver the best in class campaigns and identify potential alpha/beta trials.
Be responsible for the development of members of your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews.
Be responsible for the delivery of revenue across the clients within your team and pursue all potential cross-sell / up-sell opportunities
Minimum 2 years experience in a Biddable Activation, social media planning or biddable media / PPC team.
Good understanding of planning social campaigns across the various mechanisms, channels and buying models.
Practical expertise in Biddable Activation activation on Facebook and Twitter, especially self-service biddable platforms.
Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of social media, online video, and digital marketing.
Strategic knowledge on growing not only clients' output but commercially minded in growing iprospect revenue.
Experience of working on a Global Client is preferable but not necessary.

What you will be doing
At its core, the role of the Paid Social Manager is to ensure the effective delivery of client campaigns through high quality client relationship management, team management and overseeing campaign execution across established and new to market Biddable Activation platforms.
The role is also an explicitly client-facing one - both externally, to the teams, and internally, to Carat comms teams, ATL planners, other digital specialists and client servicing. There is an increasing expectation amongst our large and advanced client base for reactive and real-time campaigns, and this role is designed to help enable this option, by focusing the Manager’s time and efforts on a large top-tier client.
