      main Mission:

      To provide assistance to the Paint Manager with the day-to-day activities of the department.

      Main Activities:

      Track scrap and conduct root cause analysis

      Suggest and implement improvements

      Audit process sheets for compliance

      Audit start of production processes

      Assist department manager with daily projects

      Requirements:

      · Currently enrolled Engineering or Business Student (minimum Sophomore level)

      · Good in mathematics

      · Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced preferred)

      · Good problem solving skills

      · Open minded, team-oriented attitude

      · Ability to follow written instructions

      · Ability to work 30-40/hrs. week DAY / NIGHT – work schedule is flexible and based on class schedule
