  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process large volume pickup requests from painting contractors, businesses, and other organizations
  - Plan and facilitate PaintCare-hosted collection and paint giveaway events
  - Serve as a resource for the public regarding paint reuse and recycling opportunities
  - Make presentations to various groups, including home shows and conferences
  - Maintain a database of drop-off site information and generate necessary reports
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Experience with product stewardship programs, laws, and organizations
  - Knowledge of hazardous waste programs and local government HHW collection services
  - Familiarity with paint products and their applications
  - Valid state driver’s license required
  - Ability to self-motivate and work independently from home
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with public speaking, training, and/or making presentations
  - Willingness to travel extensively within the state and occasionally to other locations for training and conferences
  - Proficiency with computers and typical office software
  - Experience in connecting with trade painters, contractors, and property managers
