      What you’ll do:

      • While working in an indoor paint booth, you will select and mix paint colors to match project specifications.
      • Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns. Apply caulking, surface coatings, and perform minor cosmetic repairs. Tape-off materials as needed to ensure clean, neat paint lines.
      • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed to ensure a smooth and clean finish. Disassemble and reassemble building components, including windows, doors, jams, etc.

        Qualifications:

        • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting (preferred).
        • At least 1 year experience as a Painter or Stainer or similar transferable experience in a related field.
        • Proficient in the use of brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
        • Advanced knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios and matching colors, application techniques (streak avoidance), mixing and matching stains, and the technical precision to achieve uniform coverage, history of exceptional quality results (preferred).
        • Familiar with a variety of wood types, stains, and finishing techniques; knowledgeable about factors that affect product quality outcomes such as temperature, humidity, and wood grain (preferred).
        • Perform heavy physical demands (i.e. lift and move doors that can weigh up to 100lbs occasionally, 50lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly).
        • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

        • Competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour, with full-time work schedules from Mon – Fri 6:30/7:00 am – 3:00/3:30 pm.
