- Req#: 224364
- Carry Out Maintenance: Perform regular servicing and repairs and renovations on residential and commercial sites
- Install and Upgrade Systems: Complete high-quality painting, finishing, and surface preparation works across residential and commercial properties
- Work With Other Trades: Collaborate with Carpenters, Electricians, and other trades on shared tasks
- Communicate With Clients: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules and building regulations
- Support Projects: Assist with renovations and upgrade projects from start to finish
- Demonstrate Leadership: Provide constructive feedback to the Site Foreman & Delivery Manager and support a culture of continuous improvement on site
- NZ Certificate in Painting & Decorating or equivalent recognised qualification
- Experience in residential maintenance, upgrades, or renovation projects
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance obligations
- Ability to use iPad and mobile apps for time & task reporting
- A Full (Class 1) NZ Driver Licence and reliable transport
