      Patch and Paint interior and exterior of the facilities in a craftsman like manner.Maintain database of interior and exterior finishes. Maintain stock of interior & exterior finishes including, but not limited to paints, stains, wall covering, flooring, tools and equipment. Prioritize and manage workload, effectively communicate with management, and key stakeholders both written & orally.

      Job Expectations:

      • Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
      • Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements.
      • Orders paint and fabric supplies for general maintenance by completing work requests.
      • Receives estimates on materials and labor and assist reviewing invoices and records as needed.
      • Strips and refinishes wooden and steel assets (desks, tables, chairs) according to accepted application guidelines.
      • Provides information to departments regarding color selection, quality, quantity and cost of paints, stains, and wall coverings.
      • Stores, handles, and disposes of hazardous materials according to established procedure, observing all safety precautions.
      • Applies wall coverings (wallpaper, plastic boards, etc.). Maintains records of all paints and wall coverings applied throughout the facilities.
      • Communicates with departments on the coordination of work.
      • Able to lift 75 lbs.
      • Able to utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, CMMS & other company issued software and equipment.

      • Demonstrates ability to provide service adjusting deliverables to meet the needs of the clinic management and the population served.
      • Partners with key stakeholders in project delivery decision making.
      • Communicates in a respectful manner.
      • Ensure a safe, secure environment.
      • Coordinates work plans to meet clinic and patient needs.
      • Provides patient education based on as assessment of learning needs of patient/care giver.
      • Fulfills all organizational requirements.
      • Completes all required learning relevant to the role.
      • Complies with and maintains knowledge of all relevant laws, regulation, policies, procedures, and standards.
      • Fosters a culture of improvement, efficiency, and innovative thinking.
      • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
      • Able to utilize Microsoft office, Excel, Teams, CMMS & other company issued software and equipment.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Required

      Experience

      • 3 years practical on the job experience

      License/Certification/Registration

      • Valid driver’s license

      Preferred

      Education

      • Post Apprenticeship Program

      Experience

      • 5 Years practical on the job experience
