      Shift- Morning Shift/1st Shift

      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated Painter Helper to assist with paint preparation, including sanding and deburring parts to ensure they are ready for the paint booth. This role involves stationary work on a stand and is highly repetitive, requiring attention to detail and stamina.

      Responsibilities

      • Prepare parts for painting by sanding and deburring.
      • Work consistently on a stationary work stand.
      • Perform repetitive tasks with precision.
      • Utilize hand tools efficiently for paint preparation.
      • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of parts for the paint booth.
      • Assist with sandblasting and blasting as needed.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience in paint preparation and industrial sanding.
      • Proficiency in using hand tools for cleaning and preparation.
      • Comfortable working 10-hour days and every Saturday.
      • Familiarity with sandblasting and blasting processes.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • General labor experience.
      • Knowledge of deburring techniques.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
