      Job Title: Painter

      Job Description

      As a Painter, you will play a crucial role in reviewing incoming jobs to determine workload and stage work accordingly. You will oversee the prep process, maintain chemical concentrations, and ensure correct settings on the powder coat booth to adhere to processes. Your responsibilities include verifying the conformance of finished parts to meet specifications, performing routine quality checks, and maintaining a clean and orderly shop.

      Responsibilities

      • Review incoming jobs to determine workload and stage work accordingly.
      • Oversee the prep process to ensure parts are masked correctly according to the drawing.
      • Maintain proper chemical concentration in the wash system.
      • Ensure correct settings on powder coat booth to stick to the process.
      • Verify conformance of finished parts to meet specifications and issue them to the correct job.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
