      Job Title: Painter

      Job Description

      We are seeking experienced Industrial Painters for a year-long contract to assist in building uplifts, including columns and ceilings, throughout our plants. As one of the largest manufacturers of custom semi-trailers in the world, we serve top clients like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon. Our business has grown 8%-10% annually due to the rise in online sales and shipping needs.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform paint preparation and mixing tasks.
      • Utilize dryfall ceiling paint for ceiling painting.
      • Conduct wet spray painting for building columns.
      • Train other team members in painting techniques and safety protocols.

      Essential Skills

      • 1 year of industrial painting experience.
      • Proficiency in paint preparation and mixing.
      • Experience with spray guns and paint booths.
      • Knowledge of sanding and auto body painting techniques.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Ability to train others in the department.

      Work Environment

      Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible weekend shifts.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
