Location Description Our plant, located in Lansing, IL, pasteurizes raw eggs to remove harmful bacteria for a more safe product to the foodservice industry. Responsibilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Check package quality (dirt, labels are applied, etc.) Keep machines running efficiently Make sure material is kept separated, neat and stored properly and labeled. To follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines Watch, correct and report safety issues. Communicate issues to production management and maintenance. Must be able to follow all of the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and safety procedures. Must be able to follow all of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures, “washing hands, etc.” throughout the day. Qualifications Food Production Experience Preferred. Able to work overtime as needed.
