Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is looking for a leader who will own the Europe-wide strategy aiming at further growing Amazon's Selection from third party (3P) sellers on Amazon. Key objective of this role is to identify opportunities and implement initiatives aimed at accelerating PanEU unit share within FBA/3P.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities in Europe, and support the building the programs and required processes to realize them.
- Transform customer insights into projects, features and processes that increases and diversifies the selection of products offered by Selling Partners across Europe.
- Provide inputs to Senior Business Leadership to support the definition of business goals, the supporting business metrics and success indicators.
- Unlock additional PanEU eligibility through central initiatives with PanEU Tech teams and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Tech, Marketing, Ops, and Sales teams across regions to drive growth.
- Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root, while also stepping back to understand the broader context.- University degree
- professional experience in product management, and/or program management, and/or business consulting
- Able to influence and align global diverse stakeholders; Skilled in communication
- Adept analytical skills. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgments and recommendations- MBA or MS qualification
- Experience in E-Commerce, product marketing, or entrepreneurship.
- Proficiency in SQL and other statistical analysis tools
- Ability to think strategically and creatively whilst also executing operationally with high attention to detail and operational excellence.
