Job Description
- Req#: 312852
- Provide technical support and assistance to panel department builders during the panel production process.
- Complete daily inspections of finished panels prior to shipment to ensure goals of 99.86% accuracy is being met.
- Conduct in-process inspections to confirm quality production of control panels during the production process.
- Assist in the trouble shooting of wire harnesses, control panels, and electronic assemblies
- Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to the panel production.
- Write and create written work instructions for production of control panels as needed
- Assist in the implementation and compliance of quality department initiatives, programs, policies, and goals.
- Contribute in additional quality responsibilities as needed
- Must have previous experiences working with 600 Volts and less
- Machine control experience is a plus
- Basic PLC programing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Comprehensive mechanical aptitude and abilities
- Experience with basic test equipment including volt meter, high pot tester, and oscilloscope
- Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
- Ability to lift 50lbs on regular basis
