Job Description

- Lead a team of parade performers in their daily operation including timeliness, staffing coverage and adherence to parade safety guidelines
- Promote a healthy and safe working environment.Monitor performance areas for cleanliness and safety hazards
- Maintain creative intent through consistent performance of the parade
- Ability to respond to changing weather conditions and situations
- Guide parade cast through daily activities, including informational briefings, staffing/casting assignments, performance prep and call times, show contingency communication, safety / operating guidelines and other related activities
- Conduct/Oversee workshops, auditions and rehearsals for parade performers
- Maintain a current library of training materials relating to the performance of the parade
- Continually provide Cast Members with positive and corrective feedback
- Maintain, enforce, and communicate Company and department policies and procedures
- Be a motivator and promote a fun and positive working environment
- Keep management and other Leads informed of unusual situations that occur
- Complete all assigned performance appraisals and show reporting in a timely manner
- Understand and maintain the character brand
- Perform other Entertainment Lead Duties as required/assigned
- Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
- Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
- Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
- Assist logistics and stocking
- Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
- Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
- Experience in leading a team of performers and delivering consistent performances
- Ability to provide feedback and ensure consistent performances maintaining creative intent
- Time conscious
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Semi-fluent in English
- Must provide full availability for ongoing training throughout a two month period
- Must be available to work all peak seasons, and holidays
- Available to work nights and flexible shift times
- Salary: your salary consists of a base salary + service bonus + floating year-end bonus
