- Must have 4+ years of paralegal experience in Corporate/Securities and Private Equity/M&A matters at a law firm or corporate legal department
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- ABA approved Paralegal training program, or equivalent
- Experience in handling stock administration, equity benefit plan administration, Section 16
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
- Effective communicator, time management, and familiarity with Shareworks or similar stock administration systems
- Blue Sky preferred but not required
- Please be okay with a 1650 billable requirement, and willingness to do occasional OT
