What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely, accurate, and efficient paralegal and legal administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Assist with major projects and complex litigation, including tracking deliverables and participating in the discovery process
- Coordinate and manage schedules, travel, meetings, and appointments for attorneys
- Support document management and create workflows for regulatory, litigation, and corporate reporting
- Prepare and revise legal communications and assist with hearing preparation as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of directly related experience and membership in a recognized Paralegal Association or State Bar
- Proficiency with data management systems and experience as a SharePoint Administrator
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to review and summarize legal documents
- Solid understanding of MS Suite programs and ability to learn internal systems quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting within the energy sector
- Knowledge of legal terminology and the energy field
- Experience with Relativity and/or MS Purview
- Membership in a recognized Paralegal Association
