  • Job Description

      Req#: 24-34674
      Perform paralegal duties for an internal corporate legal department, including but not limited to:
      - manage legal Outlook calendar and emails
      - draft responses discovery and manage discovery requests
      - update litigation spreadsheet
      - manage weekly legal engagement requests
      - perform legal research
      - assist with regulatory compliance and dockets
      - assist with keeping track of requests for documentation or responses for litigation, supporting the litigation attorney
      - track appeals at the state court
      - support legal team as needed
      - Looking for someone with state regulatory experience in the energy field, or strong litigation background.

      Requirements:
      - 5+ years of paralegal experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
      - Certificate of paralegal studies or equivalent work experience
      - Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry, discovery management tools
      - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to ask questions, work independently, team work

      Hybrid is preferably over fully remote
