What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents under the direction of CVS Caremark attorneys
- Serve as the lead paralegal for pharmacy complaints, logging/tracking and supporting attorneys with reviews and responses
- Act as the primary contact for business teams handling pharmacy complaints and attend related meetings on behalf of the legal team
- Support the legal team with Caremark Provider Manual requirements and various special projects
- Assist in responding to Pharmacy Networks-related insurance department inquiries and enforcement actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Paralegal experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience in a law firm setting is preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare and regulatory environments
