What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and process various legal documents, including complaints, motions, orders, answers, pleadings, and subpoenas
- Draft and revise contracts, agreements, corporate resolutions, discovery responses, and other legal or compliance-related documents
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy access
- Handle communication with shareholders, board members, senior leaders, and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to manage and mitigate legal risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in healthcare
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience
- Superb attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using virtual data rooms and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Understanding of technical legal documents and ability to maintain confidentiality
