      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review marketing and social media content for regulatory compliance
      - Assist with and approve responses to consumer complaints
      - Support the legal team on major global distribution deals, including regulatory surveys and client coordination
      - Conduct legal research across various jurisdictions and subject areas
      - Maintain and organize contract files and tracking systems (e.g., Excel, DocuSign)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A paralegal certificate and/or relevant post-secondary education
      - At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform substantive contract reviews
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (especially for tracking), and Outlook; familiarity with DocuSign
      - Experience working with or supporting cross-border or global legal matters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Insurance industry experience is an asset
      - Knowledge of WestLaw and Pacer
      - A proactive mindset and confidence to work independently with limited oversight
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and time zones
