What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Request and review documentation from law firms and analyze appeals regarding decisions
- Act as the liaison between customers and their law firms
- Achieve targets for the number and dollar amount of law firm invoices to review
- Develop proficiency in analyzing the legal spend of multiple customers
- Utilize Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a member of the American Bar Association
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Green Card
- Good experience with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly goals related to law firm invoices
- Must be an applicant from the United States, Guam, or Puerto Rico

- Previous experience in legal or insurance-related roles
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating legal spend
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and law firms
- Familiarity with the legal industry and insurance processes
