      Paralegal (Litigation Support & E-Filing Specialist)

      Nationally recognized, high-stakes litigation firm specializing in complex class-action lawsuits is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal/Legal Assistant to play a crucial role maintaining the efficiency and compliance of an extensive case load, with a strong emphasis on support and electronic filing.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Expert E-Filing & Court Filings: Serve as the primary specialist for electronic filing in the California court systems
      • Court System Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the structure and procedural nuances of the California court system ideally within the San Francisco Bay Area (e.g., Superior Courts, Appellate Courts, Federal District Courts)
      • Legal Calendaring & Docketing
      • Litigation Assistance (as needed)

      Qualifications:

      • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in electronic filing (e-filing) within the California court systems is mandatory
      • Comprehensive knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules
      • Strong understanding of the organization and workflow of California court systems, with ideal familiarity with SF Bay Area court systems
      • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required

      Salary: $130K with competitive compensation package for increased earning potential
