- Provide comprehensive support to our legal teams, particularly in Capital Markets and Corporate law.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects with high precision and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Participate in training and professional development sessions.
- LPC / SQE / BTC
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lawyer or paralegal, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Capital Markets, Corporate law, or other transactional areas.
- Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for legal practice and client service.
- Exceptional academic record.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Resilience and readiness to work long hours as needed.
- Strong work ethic, technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
