Conduct home visits and contribute to care for housebound and frail patients.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paramedic to join our multidisciplinary team within a forward-thinking GP practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of primary care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered clinical services and helping to ease the demand on GP appointments.
We are flexible in terms of days and hours available and would be willing to review applicants seeking less hours or more hours if the candidate meets the job specification.
