  Employees in this role shall develop tests for Keysight 4080 and P9000 parametric testers. They shall use design and device information to design probe cards, create tests, create TEL Prober and Test setup documentation. Employee shall collaborate with Device Team, Process Integration, Yield Engineering, Production Team and other devices technical and operation teams on a regular basis.
