Assist in the client data-gathering process and input data into financial planning software (eMoney).
Analyze financial data to construct comprehensive financial plans and develop customized financial solutions and strategies for end clients. Areas of emphasis include lifestyle maintenance, estate planning, philanthropic planning, asset management, and risk mitigation.
The candidate will need to clearly articulate planning recommendations to Advisors and end clients as necessary.
Research ad-hoc financial planning questions as necessary to further support our Advisors and their clients.
Has proficiency in eMoney
Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex personal and business financial planning concepts and stay informed of current financial planning developments and tax law changes.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience within a financial services and/or a financial planning environment
Must have CFP® designation
Strong personal financial planning knowledge and an understanding of financial services products and solutions
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment encompassing multiple disciplines and product lines
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience planning for affluent clients
Software/Systems Skills: MS Office, Salesforce, eMoney Advisor

This individual will be part of a growing team within the LPL Business Solutions organization responsible for supporting Financial Advisors and Planners with back-office financial planning support so that they can continue to provide superior personal financial advice to their clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial planning and eager to advance their planning knowledge.
High-Net-Worth Services offers a comprehensive suite of fee-based planning services, investing services, and additional high-net-worth focused capabilities to help to LPL advisors win and serve high-net-worth investors with more complex needs. Our human-led, tech-enabled services help our advisors deliver great financial advice and run thriving businesses.
Job Overview:
In support of subscribing advisors and their high-wealth clients, the Paraplanner, High-Net-Worth Services will be a dedicated resource supporting the delivery of Advanced Financial Plans. Acting in a specialist capacity, the Paraplanner will tackle eMoney data entry, collaborate with High-Net-Worth Services colleagues and advisors on plan design, create plan summaries, and help prepare advisors to present the plan to their clients.

Pay Range:
$71,880-$107,820/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
