      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advocate for Indigenous rights and support positive change within communities
      - Provide support and resources to Indigenous women in need
      - Coordinate and facilitate workshops, events, and programs for community members
      - Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to address social issues
      - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a strong understanding and respect for Indigenous cultures and traditions
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or related field
      - 2+ years of experience in community advocacy or social services
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with Indigenous communities
      - Proficiency in an Indigenous language
      - Knowledge of local resources and services available to Indigenous populations
