- Inspect and clean outdoor facilities/equipment on a daily basis, including opening and closing procedures.
- Perform routine semiskilled grounds labor and maintenance.
- Recognize and respond to an emergency within the boundaries of the park.
- Use of vehicles: golf carts, utility carts, 1500 size truck, 2500 size truck.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work May through September between the hours of 9:00am-8:30pm.
- Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Are you ready to spend your summer outdoors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for park visitors? As a Park Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our stunning 150-acre private park. Your duties will include performing semi-skilled grounds labor using light-duty equipment, enforcing park policies, and responding to emergencies to keep our patrons safe. Enjoy working in a vibrant setting that features a driving range, fishing lagoon, basketball courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball courts, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, softball fields, and more!
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean outdoor environment for patrons to enjoy. Performs semi-skilled grounds labor on reoccurring and miscellaneous park projects and tasks through the use of light-duty equipment. Enforces the policies and park regulations to keep patrons safe. Responsible for insuring safety of park patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Reports any unsafe conditions and equipment.Key Accountabilities
