Job Summary

Under general supervision monitors exiting vehicles, collecting parking fees, and providing customer service for guests of Tampa General Hospital. Accurately collects parking fees in accordance with parking programs. Accurately accounts for incoming monies during the work shift and for the proper disposal of parking money/slips, according to established guidelines, at the end of the shift. Prepares and maintains records regarding collections and deposits; maintains records of activities; completes forms and maintains logs. Greets guests in a polite, positive clear manner, providing concise personal assistance. Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times. Assist with the operation and troubleshooting of parking related equipment and gates. Assist the department with special functions such as lot closings, notifications and parking space reservations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
