      Valet Park of America is a full-service, valet parking, parking management, and transportation service, provider. Our operations include hospitals, restaurants, hotels, casinos, banquet facilities, ski resorts, and many other private venues. We are a fast-paced growing organization that prides itself on customer service and the quality of our employees.

      We are seeking a Parking Clerk to work in Worcester at UMass Medical Center. The position is Part Time Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm (we have some flexibility in the exact hours for this role).

      This is a unique role involving clerical work and assisting the Valet Parking management team in a variety of clerical tasks each morning.

      Base pay will be $18/hour to start.


      The position includes, but is not limited to the following:
      - Basic administrative support functions (phone, fax, email, data entry, etc)

      - Report creation using Excel and other online systems

      - Data entry and management

      - File / Store all paperwork and tickets. Issue tickets to Valet Staff

      - Manage and issue validations and vouchers

      Requirements:

      Excellent computer skills

      Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think independently

      Fluent in the English language (bilingual is helpful but not required)

      Prior experience with and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products will be a must, especially Excel.
