Parking Lot Sweeper - Parking Lot (Part Time)

Job Description
- Req#: 24280
- Location: Irvine, CA
- Rate of Pay: $20-22 per hour, depending on experience
- Follow a planned route of assigned accounts and complete tasks independently
- Operate parking lot sweeper trucks and conduct daily inspections to ensure safe operation
- Work outdoors, sweeping shopping plazas and store parking lots
- Use a leaf blower to clean sidewalks, replace trash bags, and walk 3–4 miles per shift
- Wear provided PPE and adhere to dress code (pants, long-sleeve shirt, and work boots)
- Review scheduled routes ahead of time and ask questions if anything is unclear
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Appropriate work attire: pants, shirt (short sleeves minimum), and work boots

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Parking Lot Sweeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and presentable outdoor spaces, such as shopping plazas and store parking lots. You will operate sweeper trucks, perform routine equipment checks, and use tools like leaf blowers to ensure high standards of cleanliness. This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following a scheduled route.
