What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in parks operational and maintenance activities
- College-level coursework in parks or business management is preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage staff effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
