CHEM 2401: Organic Chemistry I – 1 Lecture Assistant – Fall 2025Responsibilities for this position for organic chemistry instruction include working with the course instructors in preparation and delivery of all aspects of Chem 2401. This will include preparation of course materials, including lecture slides, content video vignettes to be uploaded to Brightspace, preparation and marking of student assignments/quizzes/midterms/final examination, answering student enquiries, providing in-person tutorials and help sessions (up to 3 times a week) and exam preparation tutorials (1 or 2 sessions before the in-person midterms and the final examination). This position reports to the Dean of the Faculty of Science through the Chair of the Department of Chemistry. In addition, the position may occasionally be assigned tasks in other courses.About the company
