      The Integrated Innovation Institute is searching for a motivated and organized Part-Time Application Reader to join the admissions team at the Integrated Innovation Institute. This individual will have a strong understanding of graduate admission processes and requirements to support application review and additional assignments during our peak application season (December to March 2023). This role will report
      directly to the Associate Director of Admissions. The hours will vary between 5-20 hours per week
      depending on training and workload needs.

      Core Responsibilities:

      • Holistically evaluate applications based on rubric requirements (approximately 4 application packages per hour)
      • Attend extensive application review training to ensure equity in the application process.
      • Understand and maintain strict confidentiality of admissions process and application data.
      • Attend all required meetings/trainings and respond to office communication in a timely fashion.
      • Conduct admissions interviews for graduate applicants, assessing their academic background, motivation, and fit for the program.
      • Support additional admission tasks (emails, application inquiries, etc.) as assigned and appropriate during the admissions season.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
      • A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.

      Requirements:

      • Successful background check
      • Maintain University and FERPA policies in keeping confidentiality of personal information associated with applicants
      • Ability to work remotely at least 20 hours a week and reside in Pennsylvania, California, New York, Virginia or Washington DC.

      More About You:

      • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
      • Have exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a diverse
      • environment, and demonstrate a professional and confidential approach to the review process.

      • Have strong analytical and evaluation skills.
      • You have the ability to perform the majority of work functions through extended time on a personally owned computer with reliable internet access.
      • Have previous experience as an application evaluator and training with application review software; Slate Reader preferred
      • You have the ability to work independently for extended periods and manage time constraints to meet admissions deadlines.
      • Experience working in a team environment with various communication tools - email, calendars, Slack, etc. communicate and collaborate within a team.
      • Higher education experience (not required, but a plus)
