What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty
- Support store leadership by taking charge on the sales floor during peak times
- Open and close the store as needed, ensuring operational efficiency
- Process sales transactions and utilize product knowledge to drive add-on sales
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of retail store experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills
- Ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
- A proactive approach to team development and operational excellence

- Experience in retail management or leadership roles
- Familiarity with sales metrics and retail operations
