      Description

      Associa is currently looking for an experienced Part Time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at REI Property & Asset Management in Danbury, CT. The Part Time Assistant Property Manager assists in the management and operations management of homes and real estate investments.

      How will you make an impact?

      The Part Time Assistant Property Manager helps the company grow by:

      • Process work orders.
      • Prepare violation letters.
      • Draft various correspondence to homeowners, board members and vendors.
      • Take meeting minutes and follow up action items.
      • Review and confirm contract requirements are met.
      • Answer phone calls and respond to unit owner inquiries.
      • Respond to email inquiries.
      • Meet vendors and third parties on site at association.
      • Perform monthly site visits at association.

      Qualifications

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (calendar, email, and Word).
      • Self-motivated, reliable, resourceful, and customer focused.
      • Multitasking and independent worker.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
      • Monthly evening availability (board meetings).
      • Evening and weekend availability (for emergency calls once properly trained).
