- Support the coordination and execution of game day operations to ensure a seamless experience for teams and attendees.
- Serve as a front-line representative by managing phone communications and delivering exceptional customer service to guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Handle logistical tasks, including the receipt and timely distribution of mail and packages to department personnel.
- Contribute to the overall professionalism of the department by maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
- Complete projects as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
The Part-Time Athletics Administration Assistant will provide hands-on support to Athletics Department staff by assisting with daily operations, customer service, and event coordination, while gaining valuable experience and insight into the administration of collegiate athletics.

Part-time hours as set by the employee and supervisor.
