Job Summary Details:
Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older• No prior experience required and on-the-job training provided• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of prior work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets• Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts• Ensure baggage tags are correct• Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags• Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers• Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations
