What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers while conducting equipment inspections
- Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices upon equipment return
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in a work environment with moderate risks
- Availability for hands-on working interviews and training sessions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspections
- Ability to obtain certifications for filling propane and driving a forklift
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
