Description:
The P art-time Recruiting Coordinator will perform all related activities as necessary in order to fill current and upcoming studies. This person is responsible for ensuring strict protocol adherence during the recruitment process. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for pre-qualifying potential participants via their medical history and basic demographical information to ensure they meet the protocol qualifications. This person must also be able to discuss and explain pertinent aspects of the study with potential participants and assist them in getting scheduled for the study screening that best fits them per their medical history and schedule.
- This person may assist in all aspects of office related tasks, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing calls and sending and replaying to multiple internal and external emails.

Essential Functions:
• Recruit potential participants over the phone (incoming and outgoing), in person or via email.
• Review protocols to ensure accurate recruitment of qualified participants.
• Review medical histories of potential participants to ensure completeness and eligibility.
• Assist potential and returning participants with any QPS/study related questions.
• Extensive daily phone work
• Assist in any marketing/public related activities (off site events)
• Communicate with your team and Recruitment Manager to ensure studies are on track and are being filled with qualified participants.
