Job Description

- Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions.
- Prepare and display beverages and snacks in the lobby.
- Provide reception and concierge services.
- Answering phones.
- Preparing tenant correspondence.
- Tenant package services.
- Unit walk-throughs at move-in/move-out.
- Assist with event planning.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Make Keys as instructed.
- Receive work orders.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including company grooming standards.
- Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Experience with hospitality/tenant services/property management preferred.
- Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to act independently and make decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility for the possible evening and weekend hours
- Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position: up to 30 hrs a wk.
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and/or weekend: various hours
- Lunch break is 30 minutes daily.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests and an organization. They are tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and more. They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued.
