  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver against key sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
  - Record all weekly activity and key customer insights in the CRM system
  - Track store and account level KPIs, analyzing data for improvement opportunities
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers
  - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers
  - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  - Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance, along with access to the internet
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience
  - High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  - Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
  - Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation
  - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
