  - Propose and execute A/B testing ideas to enhance CRM performance
  - Contribute creative insights during brainstorming and design review sessions
  - Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all communications
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in finance, tech, or high-growth sectors
  - Exceptional spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
  - Portfolio of relevant work examples required
  - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and Figma for editing creative
  - Strong analytical skills to synthesize campaign insights for strategic development
