What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process incoming orders and resolve customer inquiries in SAP
- Maintain world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
- Develop rapport with customers and actively listen to gain more information
- Identify opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in consumer products or distribution industry
